Job SummaryThe computed tomography (CT) technologist is responsible for providing patient care and technical expertise in the operation of CT equipment for diagnostic imaging purposes.Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED; Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited programLicenses & Certifications: Cert Medical Radiologic Techby the Texas Medical Board (TMB)Basic Life Support from a hospital- based American Heart Association (AHA) approved programCert Computed Tomography Tech by the ARRTWork Experience: Two (2) years experience in Radiological Imaging preferredCommunication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing /Correspondence
