RFP Leadership: Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from drafting and defining evaluation criteria to supplier engagement and compliance assurance. Cost Optimization: Conduct detailed cost and pricing analysis to uncover opportunities for savings without compromising on quality. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. Supplier Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance using KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a clinical setting. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree are preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP) are preferred. Special Skills Excellent working knowledge of computer software such as Excel, Access, and computerized materials management systems. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills.
