General SummaryUnder general supervision, perform maintenance or construction service/repairs in two or more skill areas, including, plumbing, electrical, electronics, and heating/ventilating/air conditioning (HVAC). Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. May estimate time and material costs of various projects. Requisitions new supplies and equipment as needed. II.
