Job DescriptionUnder general supervision, is an advocate on behalf of the patient and family; obtains detailed patient insurance benefits and related financial information for all aspects of the transplant process; this includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, inpatient transplant surgery, prescription drugs and out patient testing.
