Directly provides counseling, case management and other chemical dependency services in meeting the social emotional needs of the detox/rehab patients and their family members. Responsibilities: Provide assigned patients with activities, group sessions to plan objectives, stimulate behavioral change and to process effectively. Provide evaluations and psychosocial assessments for patients in collaboration with the td team. Initiate, develop, coordinate and evaluate treatment plans in providing appropriate treatment for individual patients.
