Surgical Scheduler Coordinator
Work Hours/Shift Florida Hospital Physician Group You will be responsible for: Meets with patient to coordinate surgical date. Reviews preoperative instructions: bowel preparation, no aspirin, etc. Registers patient and procedure with the appropriate hospital scheduling department. Coordinates cases requiring multi-specialty surgeons, utilization of an assistant surgeon, or physician assistant. Correlates pre-admission testing and surgical clearance appointments.
