The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Sports Medicine & Rehab patients 

The role you’ll contribute:  

When you join our team of over 40 Outpatient Clinics across Central Florida, you will be part of a winning team of experts dedicated to whole-person care to help our patients heal, strengthen and renew. We serve patientsin the Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Polk, Volusia, Flagler and Lake Counties with a dedicated Team of therapists, cliniciansand staffwilling to carry on AdventHealth’s mission in the communities we serve. 

The Senior Manager oversees the clinical and business office operations of multiple outpatient centers, programs, disciplines, and campuses rehab related activities, including but not limited to program development, human resources matters, revenue and expenses, standards of practice, policies and procedures, performance improvement initiatives. Supports implementation of aligned processes and quality initiatives with a goal to establish standardized clinical care and consistent delivery of AdventHealth brand promises across all areas of Sports Med and Rehab.  Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

 

The value you’ll bring to the team:

·         Monitors budget performance formulating action plans to address volume, revenue, expenses and labor tracking variances.

·         Through performance improvement indicators assesses process performance and develops and deploys corrective action to improve business office and employee engagement

·         Proactively initiates and promotes quality improvement strategies and processes, striving to improve clinical and performance outcomes.  Goal is performance outcomes standardization as appropriate across the region or division.

·         Monitors labor tracking performance and assists managers on the development of plans to comply perform within benchmark standards as established by AdventHealth.

·         When available and as required, assists with ‘Duties and Responsibilities’ following job description of Clinical Operations Manager.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:  

Minimum qualifications: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in health care or business-related field.

·         Two (2) years of experience in a manager level position in an outpatient rehabilitation setting

·         Four (4) years of outpatient rehabilitation experience

 

Preferred qualifications: 

·         Current active state license for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy

·         Experience managing multiple sites/leaders or team of 50

·         Epic and scheduling experience
