The Department of Medicine is seeking to hire a Student to provide administrative support to the project coordinator and Principal Investigator. Major responsibilities in this role will include phone surveys, data entry, and other related clerical/office tasks.
Hourly range: $16.25-$19.25
Required:
- Ability to operate office equipment such as printer, scanner, copier, fax machine.
- Previous office experience
- Experience working independently with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills and editing correspondence and written materials.
- Ability to multi-task under deadline, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively
- Knowledge of PCs, windows operation system, and related word processing and spreadsheet software (such as MS Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of documents.
- Registered as a UC student
