Job Summary
ERP Applications Analyst III is an engaged and effective partner to the key stakeholders in the stages of analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of complex and diverse applications, systems and processes. This role supports several applications deployed within the Harris Health System, including PeopleSoft Human Resources (HCM), Financials (FS) Cash and Treasury and Supply Chain (SCM). Kronos Workforce Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling, Learning Management System.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees / Work Experience / School Education
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related degree, (And) Five (5) Years Work Experience within Information System (I.S.).
(Or)
High School Diploma or GED (And) Nine (9) Years Work Experience within Information System (lieu of a degree)
Work Experience
Three (3) Years Work Experience with PeopleSoft, Kronos

TYPICAL DUTIES THAT MAY BE PERFORMED
1. Leads and coordinates business and systems analysis support for complex technology projects
2. Work with business partners, vendors and IT partners to identify, define, interpret and clarify scope in terms of business and/or system requirements and processes
3. Act as a liaison between business teams, vendors and technology teams; bridging requirements and confirming expectations
4. Collaborates with technical developers to provide production support, while creating reports, queries, and workflows.
5. Develops and maintains documentation on requirements, functional specifications, testing procedures and configurations.
6. Configures and maintains setup/base tables and troubleshoots issues related to the functional module
7. Monitors ongoing operation and performs activities to assist with performance tuning and troubleshooting of application issues.
8. Aids in the evolution of applications, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state by maintaining and understanding of how the current processes impact business operations mappings current state processes; identifying value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies; defining the impact of requirements on upstream and downstream solution components; providing recommendations to management on how to integrate requirements with current systems and business processes.
9. Provides information to I.T. Education as needed to support training activities.
10. Develops and executes test scripts that thoroughly exercise the system.
11. Perform application troubleshooting and problem solving.
12. Handles multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
13. Escalates issues appropriately and expeditiously to appropriate individuals.
14. Acts as a liaison between client and IT in resolving software issues.
15. Be on call (after hours) as needed.
