Join our Occupational Therapist team! As an Occupational Therapist you will be is responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. In this position you will utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values
Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:
Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy required
Master's degree preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required
Current Colorado state licensure in occupational therapy upon hire or within 3 months required
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
This full time acute care OT role will cover shifts at St Francis Hospital - Interquest Monday to Friday. We are looking for coverage at least 1 weekend a month. It does have an option to pick up more shifts at Penrose Hospital. We are looking for orthopedic experience for this role.

At St Francis Hospital - Interquest, our team-oriented therapy department consists of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologist, Rehab Technicians and a Manager. We treat orthopedic post operative patients, general medical/surgical patients, and low to mid acuity intensive care/intermediate care patients.
