Job Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
In collaboration with executive entity leaders, identify, improve, and support pediatric surgical services operational performance and growth objectives. Executes projects to advance overall performance of the pediatric surgical services through operational, personnel and fiscal strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes optimal patient care for infants and children with surgical needs, in partnership with the Medical Director of Children's Surgery and Monroe Carell Perioperative Services ANO, to ensure an organizational multidisciplinary approach that aligns with best-available evidence and standards.
Actively direct the implementation and oversight of the Children's Surgical Verification (CSV) Program and manage operational and personnel issues. They will also oversee data-driven quality implementation relying on the NSQIP-P Program and institutional data analytics for quality and safety reports.
Coordinates management across the continuum of children's surgical care, including planning and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. They will establish and oversee processes to monitor clinical outcomes and performance improvement activities.
Act as a liaison between the program and all services involved in delivering care for surgical patients at MCJCHV. The CSPM will work collaboratively with hospital departments and medical staff, and all related entities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and safe surgical services and optimal clinical outcomes.
Collaborates with hospital operations and faculty leaders to develop, measure and execute key projects for pediatric surgical services.
Responsible for the execution of cross functional coordination for key institutional processes such as Revenue Cycle, Marketing, IT and Quality. Successfully measures and evaluates key operations for pediatric surgical services
Responsible for developing budget, performance metrics for surgical services in collaboration with clinics, nursing and other colleagues.
Coordinates pediatric perioperative and surgical services capital planning with perioperative and hospital leadership.
