Indiana University Health General Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Division is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Geriatrician to perform outpatient and inpatient geriatric consultations at Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital. Our Geriatrics team understands the intricacies associated with the care of older adults whose medical problems are often complex and interrelated. Our division has programs that capture patients in the whole continuum of Geriatric care including inpatient, outpatient, primary care, home visit consultative practices, and nursing home practice.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-430pm
Minimal call requirements
50% inpatient and 30% outpatient - with administrative time
Affiliate Faculty teaching position with Indiana University School of Medicine
Well established clinical team of collaborative providers and interdisciplinary staff
Qualifications:
Preferred: Geriatrics Board Eligible or Certified; The American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine (ABPLM) Certified Medical Direction (CMD)
Interested in current fellows and practicing physicians
