Clinical Super, Urgent Care
Position SummaryPhoenix Children’s is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to manage the East Valley and the Cadence Urgent Care’s. Incumbent will be scheduled to work M - F, 11 AM - 7 PM to be available over both day and evening shift coverage, schedule is nonnegotiable. Will also be required to be on call on alternating weekends to provide coverage for lead nurse. You will manage a staff of approximately 100 employees, that will include RN’s, Medical Assistant’s, and Patient Care Tech’s. Incumbent will be one of two clinical supervisors who will report to the Urgent Care Manager. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience as a nurse.
