Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday can start as early as 7:30am (depending on work location) - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch; Rotating every three Saturday?s 8:00am-12:00pm.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. The hours/location may change/vary based on business need and/or the request(s) of your supervisor or management.
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr. plus mileage reimbursement.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- Travel to additional sites when needed.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
- Previous experience as a phlebotomist 2 years requested.
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and good driving record,
- Must be at least 21 years? old.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Candidate should be willing to travel to other sites for business needs, overtime is required when necessary, and they will need to arrive to work on time to ensure the site can open on time.
