The Chief Nurse for Nursing Education, Research, & Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) provides leadership, support, and direction to JAHVA Patient Care Services staff in areas of oversight. The Chief Nurse is a champion of the professional nursing practice environment and supports a culture of clinical inquiry, innovation, and excellence. They function as a consultant and mentor, lead others in rigorous nursing research studies, and EBP projects which align with mission and strategic plan.
