The Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Behavioral Health Program Coordinator to join the UCLA Aftercare Program. This outpatient program provides psychiatric services to individuals with recent-onset schizophrenia, combined with voluntary participation in research protocols. Primary responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and assist in intervention meetings facilitated by program coaches and trainers
• Organize and lead computer-based cognitive training programs
• Co-facilitate weekly Bridging Groups with psychology practicum students and interns, including training them to serve as co-facilitators
• Collaborate with aerobic exercise instructor to train practicum students and interns in administering motivation and physical activity measures, including questionnaires and cognitive training recordings
• Train and supervise graduate students in using automated text-messaging programs and moderate online social therapy platforms for patients
• Screen, interview, and select program applicants
• Manage data collection, track progress, and oversee data file organization for cognitive training measures
• Monitor attendance records and ensure accurate documentation
• Participate in developing and delivering oral and written reports on research outcomes
