The role you’ll contribute:
Supervises staffing for imaging and oversees departmental day-to-day activities. Supervises and coordinates imaging personnel, which includes staffing and ensures compliance with protocols

- Oversees QC, QA programs and or accrediting function
- Manage staff performance, reviews and competencies
- Delegates responsibilities to ensure quality care in the imaging department
- Ensures employee safety and attends safety/loss-control trainings and engages in injury prevention
- Performs accident and injury investigations, including conducting root cause analyses
- Participates in completing patient safety initiatives
- Responsible for managing supplies
- May develop, deploy, and maintain protocols approved by radiologist
- Assures Imaging equipment is available and in good working condition by troubleshooting and reporting findings through the hospital work order system. Operates and maintains radiology equipment in a safe manner and initiates work order request
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- Associate and 3 years experience
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists •
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
