Summary:

·        As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems.

·        Review, implement, maintain, and support application systems.

·        Train and educate end users on the functionality and operations of application systems.

·        Document processes and procedures as they relate to the relevant application system.

·        Test applications prior to implementation and ensure all systems operate as intended.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues.

·        Taking care of servers and virtual environment, managing server systems, and supporting virtual environment.

·        Updating/patching servers 

·        Managing backups daily

·        System administrator will ensure the uptime, performance, resources, and security of the computers they manage meet the needs of the users.

·        Perform daily duties of backups, maintenance on applications and OS, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting.

·        Provide necessary instruction and documentation for change requests, installing operating systems, loading (installing) products, and configuring operating systems and products.

·        Recommend changes, upgrades, and enhancements based on the technical analysis.
