Patient Relations Risk Management Coordinator
The Regional Patient Relations Risk Management Coordinator will function as a representative of management, to exercise initiative and judgment in responding to patient/family concerns promptly, courteously, professionally, and appropriately, or, if unable or unqualified to assist, promptly refers to the appropriate party or department and follows up to facilitate a resolution.
