Patient Ratios: 1:4

Department Specifics:?>90% BSN, 58% Specialty Certified, Clinical and leadership development opportunities, Clinical Ladder Program, Shared Governance councils, 4-time ANCC?Magnet accreditation, Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award for 3 consecutive years, flexible scheduling, telemetry to ICU training program,?teaching hospital working with residents and fellows,?Nurse Practitioners support clinical care.
