We’re seeking a self-directed professional with:

• A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for tracking and reconciling payment data.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail for accurate processing and sorting of correspondence.
• Proficiency in documenting account activities and maintaining clear, organized records.
• Time management skills to meet productivity standards and efficiently manage work queues.
• A high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling PHI data.
• A commitment to exhibiting CiCARE principles in all interactions.
