We seek a nurse manager who will provide leadership in the daily clinical operations of the Endoscopy Unit by established state rules and regulations and AAAHC standards for ambulatory surgical facilities. Responsibilities include developing and enforcing compliance with ASC policies and procedures. This position works closely with the providers, ASC Director, Clinical-Quality Manager, Nurse Manager OR/Pre-Op/PACU, ASC Business Office Manager, ASC Educators, Staff, and Medical Staff Leadership.

Qualifications include:

• BSN or 5 years of management experience in an ASC
• 2+ years of management experience with a BSN

• 5 years of clinical experience in an endoscopy setting.
• Current Texas RN licensure and BCLS issued by the American Heart Association
• Previous AAAHC preparation experience
• Conflict resolution, strong analytical/leadership skills
• Proficient computer experience; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferences include:

• MSN
• Ambulatory Surgery Center environment experience
• SGNA/CGRN certification
