POSITION SUMMARY: The CCS Manager is responsible for the overall operations, performance and success of the CSVCG Float Pool, Centralized Services and Ambulatory policy and regulatory requirements. Works closely with CSVCG Leadership to develop, implement, and maintain support programs that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and clinician satisfaction. The position will also support and implement delegated responsibilities as assigned by Nursing Executive leadership.
Requirements
EDUCATION: Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master?s degree in healthcare related degree highly preferred. Five or more years of healthcare/clinic management or related field can substitute for advanced degree.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSES: Current New Mexico RN license, BLS issued through American Heart Association certification required.
SKILLS:
Demonstrates independent judgement and discretion
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership and organizational skills, and interpersonal and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety programs, research and data management
Knowledge of teaching, coaching and evaluation of principles and techniques
Must possess working knowledge of common computer technology, including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and graphics software.
Knowledgeable of office management and administrative procedures
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and leadership
Must be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures within the service line
Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, lead and direct the work of others, and perform a wide variety of tasks
A wide degree of creativity, latitude and autonomy is expected.
EXPERIENCE: Five years of clinical management experience. One year of experience performing analytics and research preferred.
NATURE OF SUPERVISION:
Responsible to: CSV Executive Director of Ambulatory Nursing

Bloodborne pathogen: B ? if involved in clinical contact.
Works in a clean, well-lighted, smoke free environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Subject to stressful professional environment. Working hours vary, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. Frequent use of computer monitor screens. Ability to walk, stand and sit for long periods. May be required to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
