Highlights of the Position

• Well established community practice that is patient and family oriented and devoted to the community
• 4 hours of dedicated desk time weekly
• Schedule of 4, 10-hour days
• NP Pediatric Hospitalist program
• Part of a physician led multi-specialty group practice with a fully integrated inpatient / outpatient EHR

• BC/BE in Pediatrics

• $200k starting bonus!
• Above industry average salary and bonus structure

• Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals
• $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis
• Salary range of $208,000 - 270,000 annually

• $3,400 annually for conference registration, certifications, membership fees for specialty specific medical societies
