Summary:
Participates in the planning and establishment of budgets and financial goals and objectives. Develops and implements operational and fiscal strategies to achieve goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will be a strong analyst who can also manage projects.
This is a HYBRID role. Applicants must reside in NC or a commutable distance.
Responsibilities:
1.Designs, develops or modifies, and implements business systems. Performs unit, systems, and parallel tests of new or redesigned systems and processes.
2.Prepares financial analyses for departmental and institutional planning.
3.Participates in local and system-wide initiatives to improve operational efficiencies, financial improvements, and clinical patient-oriented care. May lead Continuous Quality Improvement teams. Provides project and operational support to Executive Director and Directors.
4.Analyzes key operational, safety, clinical, and fiscal key performance indicators. Manages the process of design, deployment, and collection of performance measurements. Works with leaders and teammates to manage assessment, action planning, communication, and target achievement.
5.Manages and maintains departmental project tracking tool. Works with departmental and system leaders to design, deploy, and achieve strategic and tactical objectives. Prepares and edits presentations and charts. Schedules project follow up meetings as needed. Develops and publishes communications to project shareholders.
6.Develops and reviews project status and reports.
7.Schedules calendar commitments for Executive Director. Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports for Executive Director
8.Monitors compliance with policies and procedures and makes recommendations for changes as appropriate. Develops and documents procedures.
9.Manages departmental calendar, departmental TEAMs, departmental Sharepoint, and other tools in collaboration with departmental leaders
10.May assist Executive Director by collaborating with Human Resources in the areas of recruitment and retention, well-being, organizational structure changes, and personnel changes.

Other information: Education Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Public Administration or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience). Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? No licensure or certification required. Professional Experience Requirements: ? If a Bachelor's degree: Two (2) years of experience in professional accounting, management of an operational unit, business analysis or financial analysis. ? If an Associate's degree: Six (6) years of experience in professional accounting, management of an operational unit, business analysis or financial analysis. ? If a High School diploma or GED: Ten (10) years of experience in professional accounting, management of an operational unit, business analysis or financial analysis.
