Summary This position is for the Mental Health Assistant Nurse Manager located in the inpatient setting. The Assistant Nurse Manager is the designated supervisor authority on the unit, in conjunction with the Nurse Manager. He/she is responsible and accountable for 24/7 operations of the unit in concurrence with the Nurse Manager. The Assistant Nurse Manager ensures that subordinate personnel provide timely nursing care which complies with Standards of Clinical Practice.
