Dynamic, growing medical group seeking a General Practitioner to join the area?s premier primary care practice expanding due to tremendous patient demand, serving the Greater St. Louis area.

The Opportunity

Choose from two practices, with options to join an established group or lead an exciting new start-up in an affluent southern Illinois suburb, just minutes from downtown St. Louis

Turnkey practice opportunity to be busy from day one while still allowing you to develop your patient panel to suit your interests

Outpatient only position with flexible 4-day work week and 6 weeks of vacation for ultimate work-life balance

Two-year salary guarantee with annual bonus incentive and uncapped earning potential

Exceptional benefits include retirement savings options, paid relocation, malpractice insurance, and more

Requirements

Ability to become Board-Certified within 4-years

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $280,000 - $300,000 (dependent on experience)

Productivity model in place: Proven $330,000 - $350,000 potential

Sign on bonus, residency stipend, 403b and 457 Top Hat plans, full suite of benefits - health, life, dental, vision, disability, 6 weeks PTO
