The role you’ll contribute:
The Clinical Operations Analytics manager is responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various BI solutions. This person will work closely with business leaders and users and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction. This person will also apply project management concepts to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.The Business Intelligence Manager, Clinical Operations Analytics will have their own work load as well as be responsible for the coordination and management of a multi-disciplinary team of analysts and developers including but not limited to OBIEE, PowerInsight and other Business Intelligence applications.

Establish BI system and operational policies and procedure
Lead local and remote design and implementation teams in designing session
Provide input for database patching & maintenance, security, roadmaps, and sizing
Evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts on the program
Aligns data warehousing projects with business strategy
Work with Director as a liaison between technical team, business sponsors and executives
Work with Director to secure and maintain quality, improve process and personnel
Oversee the Business Intelligence developers and analysts
Work with all areas of the business to ensure clinical data quality and integrity
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a Health related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the business intelligence domain, including full lifecycle of BI projects
5 years Oracle Business Intelligence Foundation Suite in medium to large environments, including utilization of web services and accelerators built into the tool and modeling & building repository layers
Experience in defining technology roadmaps, reference architectures, IT governance, infrastructure architecture and virtualization
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing diverse teams
Quality and Continuous Improvement certification (Six Sigma, lean etc.)
Oracle Certification
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
Master’s Degree in a health related field
Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing and support
