Job Description

Ultrasound Technologist - MSK Commack

Join our Radiology team at MSK Commack! We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for MSK Commack, our freestanding outpatient facility, located in Commack, Long Island. This site allows us to offer the most-advanced cancer care services closer to home for patients residing in Commack, Long Island.

Role Overview:

• Under the administrative direction of the Assistant Manager Regional Radiology and also under the clinical guidance of the Radiologist, perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures while applying his/her technical ability independently.
• Interact and collaborate in a positive way with all other staff members at MSKCC.

Key Qualifications:

• High school diploma. Graduated from an approved Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) School of Ultrasound is required.
• ARDMS registered in Abdomen & Breast required, RVT preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience; Prostate imaging experience a plus.

Additional Information:

• Location: MSK Commack, in Commack, Long Island.
• Schedule: Flexed shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, with weekend availability a plus. Possible holidays, as needed.
• Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Regional Radiology

Pay Range: $45.29-$72.42/hour

$10,000 bonus available for new hires.
