The role you’ll contribute:
The Program Manager is responsible for program design, implementation, and administration aligned to strategic goals and objectives (typically, within one business area). Manages stakeholder identification and satisfaction, program definition, cross project interdependencies, project-related risk management, ongoing monitoring and control. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

Leads overall program management, including design, implementation and administration of assigned program and its activities.
Develops, implements and tracks progress toward long-term goals.
Evaluates program performance, including identifying risks and solutions to achieve program goals.
Leads stakeholder communication and engagement.
Provides and maintains data for insights, analysis and reporting to key stakeholders.
Develops and facilitates presentations and reports for executive leadership, program sponsors and stakeholders.
Develops and manages program change control process as needed to ensure project teams operate within the scope and change approval process.
Directs program staff by providing input and feedback.
Maintains, reviews and evaluates resource requirements to determine status and provide recommendations as needed.
Supports development of strategic planning, annual budget and operating plans related to assigned programs.
Completes and maintains relevant program certifications or training as defined by the role.
Travel is up to 50%, including out of state across regions
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, health services, health administration or related field
5 years of experience in project management and coordination
Strong project management skills, ability to manage large-scale cross functional projects/programs, including implementing solutions often requiring vendor and/or contract support, systems integration, platform upgrades, business process updates and multiple business unit requirements.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
3 years leadership experience
Proficiency in portfolio, program and project management methodologies
Experience managing large vendor contracts and project resources.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
Specific licensure, certification or registration may be required based on a defined role.
