Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Board-Certified (or Board-Eligible) Med/Peds Physician to join our Manor clinic. This is a full-time, outpatient opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for both pediatric and adult patients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and comprehensive primary care services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric and adult patients, managing acute and chronic medical conditions.
Emphasize preventive care, screenings, and patient education to promote long-term health.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based clinical practices.
Schedule and Workload
Full-Time (1.0 FTE) position with a flexible schedule.
No inpatient or hospital call duties.
Shared call responsibilities within the department.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate Degree in Medicine
- Licensed to Practice Medicine in the state of Texas by the Texas Medical Board
- Where Applicable- Employee shall be currently board certified in his or her specialty or demonstrate active pursuit of board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists
