The HIV Clinical Leadership Program is an established, postdoctoral fellowship aimed at developing HIV specialists who are knowledgeable and committed to addressing the health inequities our patients face at an individual and systemic level. We have a proven track record of placing fellows in competitive leadership career positions throughout the United States.

Candidates will be competitively selected through a national search for this two-year clinical fellowship program. Those selected will participate in the HIV Clinical Leadership Program with full fellowship salary and benefits.

A strong interest in primary care and HIV medicine
A strong interest in pursuing and implementing outpatient quality improvement or system innovation
A sincere commitment to work with underserved communities
The HIV Clinical Leadership Program is seeking applicants who are board eligible or board certified in:
Family Medicine (FM)
Internal Medicine (IM)or
Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)
Applicants must have completed an accredited United States medical residency program.?
The fellowship does not support any international visas.
The HIV Clinical Leadership Program (hiring agency The Lundquist Institute) is a unique fellowship training program for physicians committed to improving primary care for people living with HIV in underserved communities. This program brings together the unique strengths of the Department of Health Services, USC Keck School of Medicine’s AIDS Education Training Center, UCLA’s National Clinician Scholars Program and ViiV Healthcare.
