We seek a candidate to join our growing practice, which comprises seven physicians and three physician assistants. Our philosophy is to provide contemporary urologic care to our community while remaining an independent Urology practice and achieving an amicable work/life balance. The subspecialties represented in our group include robotic oncology, urogynecology, reconstructive pelvic medicine, and male reconstructive urology. Ideal candidates would practice general urology but subspecialize in Urologic Oncology as well.

Our group of physicians covers the spectrum of early to late careers and enjoys raising families, cycling, hiking, surfing, and year-round access to outdoor activities afforded by living on the central coast. Our practice infrastructure allows physicians to focus on practicing medicine while our administrative team efficiently runs our business and clinic operations.

• Surgical and inpatient services are provided through 3 local health systems (Common Spirit/Dignity Health, Adventist Health, and Lompoc Valley Medical Center). DaVinci SI robots are available in each health system.
• Mentorship, double scrubbing in OR available for new graduates
• Competitive starting salary with a well-defined 2-year partnership track, low buy-in, and production bonus as an associate.

• Currently, there is a 1:7 weekend call. Weekday calls are distributed evenly among physicians in three different call pools to minimize weekday call commitments.

Requirements:

• MD/DO Degree Required
• ABU Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician 
• Possess or be able to obtain a valid medical license in California
