Addictions Nurse - Office Based Addiction Treatment Program (OBAT) Program
Job Summary: The Addiction Nurse - - Office Based Addiction Treatment Program facilitates the collaborative interdisciplinary care management of opioid dependent patients and their significant support systems encompassing ongoing assessment, intake, evaluation, triage, teaching induction, stabilization, and monitoring of patients within the Opioid Treatment Program. The AN-OBATP supports and provides services to patients referred to the program for stabilization and assessment. The AN-OBATP collaborates with team members, clinic settings at Harris Health Systems and outside referral sites, and works with providers from addiction settings in assisting patients and supporting their referral needs.The AN-OBATP ad
