- Chairing the Missions Champions Committee

- Orienting new employees to the mission, vision and values of the organization
- Representing the organization in the community through participation in the Catholic Social Services Board

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Knowledge and understanding of the ethical and moral tradition of the Sponsor, the Franciscan Sisters of Christian Charity.
2. Interpersonal skills for facilitating group process/development.
3. Organizational skills for development, implementation, and assessment of programs and activities.
4. A minimum of three (3) years of management experience.
5. A Bachelor’s Degree in health care administration, ministry, or related area
