Reporting directly to the Manager, provide direct support to patients and work independently in assigned location. Position may support various Head & Neck Clinic locations remotely as needed from assigned Torrance location including Santa Clarita, Westwood, Santa Monica, Thousand Oaks, Torrance, and others. Major duties include but are not limited to: acting as a liaison for the patients by assisting them in accessing service within the health system, facilitating communication with referring physicians, obtaining authorizations, scheduling surgeries, referring patients to appropriate resources and providing follow-up; providing support to the patient to ensure an excellent patient experience. On site attendance required.
Salary Range: $29.42 - $42.14 hourly
Required:

- Ability to use health system computer systems, and utilize the various resources and tools effectively

- Ability to have flexibility in work schedules and locations as needed
Preferred:
- Experience working in a surgical clinic
- Previous working knowledge of patient related policies and procedures as well as a thorough understanding of the University system and it services and programs.
