Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will provide skilled occupational therapy in accordance with the plan of care
• You will assist the IDT in the evaluation and assessment of the patient's functional level by applying appropriate diagnostic and prognostic procedures and tests
• You will recommend orthotics as indicated by condition and needs
• You will treat the participant through the use of therapeutic activities designed to restore function and self-care activities for the purpose of improving function
• You will observe, record, and report the participant's reaction to treatment and any changes in the participants condition to the physician, Clinical Director or designed, or IDT as appropriate

Requirements

• Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association or successfully completed the educational requirements of occupational therapy
• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification
• Minimum one (1) year of occupational therapy experience
