Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Licensed Psychologist with at least 1+ years of Clinical Experience
• Proven ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements
• Proven ability to identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
• Proven ability to solve moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
• Proven ability to work with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
• Proven ability to translate concepts into practice
• Proven ability to provide explanations and information to others on difficult issues
• Proven ability to coach, provide feedback, and guide others
• Proven ability to act as a resource for others with less experience
