As a Per Diem Float Registered Nurse, you'll lead the charge in delivering exceptional nursing care in medical/surgical and telemetry units. This pivotal role demands mastery of hospital policies, sharp interpretive skills, and active collaboration with colleagues. Two levels of work commitment available!

• Facilitates, implements, and evaluates the Patient Plan of Care and outcomes in collaboration with the health care team.
• Technical Skills.
• Critical Thinking.
• Documents patient assessments accurately and correctly within the specified time at admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assess patient safety facts and identifies those patients requiring specific safety devices.
• Educational needs of patient.
• Documents assessment on teaching form and modifies as needed.
• Transcription of orders.
• Utilizes hospital information system for order entry.
• Prioritization.
• Other duties.

Must complete Point of Care Testing training as part of Department Orientation.

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in acute care as an RN.

Founded in 1916 by two physician brothers, Drs. James Beebe and Richard C. Beebe, the medical center in Lewes is a 210-licensed-bed, not-for-profit seaside community hospital. Beebe's specialized service lines include cardiac and vascular, surgical services, oncology, women's health, and orthopaedic services.
