Compensation and Incentives • Starting Salary: $350,000 to $460,000 annually. • Recruitment Incentives: Eligible candidates may receive additional incentives. • Performance Bonus: Up to $15,000 annually based on quality and productivity metrics.

About the Role As a Gastroenterologist at the Fresno VA, you will: • Diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal disorders. • Perform endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies. • Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, nurses, and support staff. • Have opportunities to engage in teaching and research through our academic affiliation with the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship (non-citizens may be considered under specific circumstances). • Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology. • Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the U.S.
