You will be part of the Pac Med 65+ care model which focuses on both a senior-only and a financially at-risk population. Pac Med 65+ provides seniors access to high-quality and holistic care. • Compensation is between $239,937 and $334,397 per year
• New 65+ location- Opening/ Starting Second Quarter of 2025
