Searching for a board-certified or board-eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician (MD or DO) to lead the PM&R department at the newly completed Health Care in Fredericksburg Virginia.  The position is best suited for those in practice > 3 years, VA experience is highly valued. Administrative duties include supervision and oversight of a fully integrated department to include PM&R physicians, PM&R Interventional pain physicians, Clinical O&P, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech therapy. No call coverage, outpatient only Clinic/administrative hours: 8 – 4:30 pm, Monday -Friday Practice is flexible and based on training:  Musculoskeletal medicine to include ultrasound-guided joint injections (flu
