FTE: 0, Shift: days, Schedule: per diem; weekend rotation required but need for true per diem availability during week as well; usually pre-scheduled coverage for PTO, but night prior or morning of contact for census fluctuations or unexpected needs. Cross-coverage of Auburn Medical Center expected and occurs frequently.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• You will perform well in stress and emergency situations
• You will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatment
• You will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directed
• You will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurate
• You will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patients

Requirements

• Successful completion of state board examination
• Currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of Washington
• Experience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirable
