Overview:
40 hrs/wk; day shift, variable at times to meet staff and patient needs. Responsible for daily operations of ACU/ICU. Ensures appropriate staffing, supplies and equipment to meet business needs and patient needs; collaborates and communicates with Director, physicians, SLC and other departments to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of department of oversight. Current NE license, BSN required, 2 years med surge or ICU experience and 1 year leadership.
