Atlantic Health System is currently seeking a full-time Chaplain Resident for the Spiritual Care Department at Morristown Medical Center.

***(To fill one Residency Slot for the remainder of the 2024-2025 Chaplain Resident Program, which runs from June to September 2025)

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of Position

• Responsible for 24/7 spiritual care department's onsite on-call, chaplain coverage for patients, family and staff at MMC
• Serve as dedicated chaplain on assigned nursing unit(s) including attending morning rounds
• Participate in daily activities and tasks of the spiritual care department such as departmental meetings, interfaith prayer services, and hospital wide initiatives
• Assist ACPE Certified Educator with orientation of chaplain interns
• Participate and complete requirements for 1 unit of ACPE CPE, including all educational seminars.
