The primary role of the Physician Relations Manager is to develop and maintain a physician relationship (outreach) program for UF Health Jacksonville. This program will establish strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies that drive and sustain incremental volume in clinical growth programs and services in alignment with UF Health's growth strategies and business plans. Positively represents UF Health, its hospitals and care centers, clinical growth programs, and medical staff to referral sources, developing and strengthening organizational system/physician/referral source relationships that contribute to UF Healths reputation and market position. As the manager of a team, this individual will establish sales goals/priorities for team members as well as coach staff in preferred tactics and management of physician relationships. Develops and maintains a strong tracking program. Responsible for developing a budget to support our strategic plan, clinical growth programs, and tactics, and also provides budget management throughout the year to maximize ROI/referral growth within the approved parameters of the approved budget. Maintains a thorough log of expenditures to adhere to UF, UF Health, and state and federal regulations.
