Clinton Memorial is seeking a Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources (HR) role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR strategies align with the hospital?s goals and operational needs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the hospital and physician practices, including policies and procedures, employment law compliance, retention strategies, compensation programs, Human Resources Information System (HRIS) management, reporting, and benefits administration. The Director will serve as a key consultant to hospital management, collaborating with leadership teams to create an environment of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and high performance. The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as applicable regulations and standards

Qualifications
Required: ? Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or related field. ? 3 years of HR leadership experience. ? Strong working knowledge of state and federal laws related to policies, procedures, and laws concerning investigation procedures, employee relations, as well as other HR areas, including recruitment, placement, separation, and benefits. ? Proficient in advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS Systems. ? Good business acumen, understanding of key business drivers and operational dynamics. ? Ability to work professionally with confidential, propriety data and information while maintaining confidentiality. ? Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills. ? Self-motivated and capable of working within the organization?s established policies, procedures, and practices.
Preferred: ? Master?s degree. ? Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). ? Society for Human Resource Management ? Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Society for Human Resource Management ? Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). ? 5 years of healthcare experience.
