This Primary Care GAP incumbent will provide, via both TelePrimary Care and face to face, interim staffing/gap/float Primary Care Provider Coverage for all Primary Care clinics in General Medicine, Mattoon campus and Illiana Community Based Outpatient Clinics. Maintains clinical and educational activities within Primary Care/General Medicine at all sites. Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) Basic Requirements English Language Proficiency.
