Are you a certified Pharmacy Technician looking for a new experience? Advance your clinical skills with our inpatient team at Christian Hospital. In this role, you will rotate between the OR, IV room and dispensing medications throughout the hospital. Previous hospital or clinical experience preferred.

Christian Hospital has a progressive pharmacy that offers many professionally challenging opportunities to impact patient care. The pharmacy services both Christian Hospital and Northwest HealthCare. The pharmacy staff oversee cutting edge automation in medication distribution systems. Our pharmacists provide clinical services including participation in patient rounds, nutritional therapy services, screening patients daily for change in renal functions and adjusting the dosage accordingly. The pharmacists work in a team-structured environment with other healthcare professionals 24 hours a day.

Role Purpose
The Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient 2, under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist and according to standard procedures, prepares medication orders, and assists in dispensing & transporting medications. This position also conducts sterile and/or non-sterile compounding, uses various automated/electronic systems and maintains the required documentation & records.
