Clinical Nurse IV Nurse Leader of Education and Quality Innovation
Job Summary
This role funtions to provide leadership for staff and assess educational needs and deliver in house education sessions. This postion will partner with clinical nurse educator and CNS to address unit educational needs. As a superuser and trainer for clinical information systems, this role will serve to supports Duke Quality System approach to problem solving, collaborates with unit champions to oversee unit process and outcome measures. This role is 70% clinical and 30% indirect.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Work requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree.
Experience
Applicants must meet all requirements set forth by the DUHS Career Ladder Program for level IV.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Must have current or compact RN licensure in the state of North Carolina. BLS required.
